Join the Friends of Madrone Audubon Society
We are a chapter of National Audubon, but membership in and donations to Madrone Audubon are separate and support our local chapter. Membership and donations are tax deductible.
Membership at the local level only is $20 a year, $15 for seniors. You will receive our newsletter, Madrone Leaves.
Please consider joining or renewing at a higher level to support the important work of Madrone Audubon in local environmental education and conservation critical to protection of wildlife and the environment.
Monthly General Meeting
Our monthly meeting begins at 6:30 PM on the third Monday of the month (except for the months of June, July, August and December) at the:
First United Methodist Church, 1551 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa.
The First United Methodist Church is on Montgomery Drive about one-half mile west of Montgomery Village between California Avenue and Talbot Avenue, and just two blocks east of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Parking is available on Montgomery Drive. As always, the public is invited to these free programs.
MEMBERS TO VOTE ON REVISED BYLAWS AT APRIL MEETING
The Madrone Board of Directors recommends that the Society update its bylaws to make them more understandable and eliminate ambiguities. The Draft Bylaws presented here bring them up-to-date with current Society practices and in compliance with State Code and IRS regulations.
The draft will first be presented to the members at the March 16th General Meeting. They will be reviewed a second time and voted on at the April 20th General Meeting to be held at 6:30 PM, at the 1551 Montgomery Dr., Santa Rosa.

Join the National Audubon Society
An optional, introductory membership in the National Audubon Society and Madrone Audubon is $20 per year. All of the proceeds from your membership will go to National Audubon.
If you choose this option, you will receive Audubon Magazine and complementary issues of Madrone Leaves. However, your membership fee will not support Madrone Audubon's local environmental education and conservation work.
